Sun Room
We wanted a Sunroom that would look like part of our home (not an add on). Other companies said that would be too complicated to build so they offered “Add ON” versions only. Mat said he could do it, and he did. In fact, Mat exceeded our expectations. Our project added some complex situations such as making the roof line connect to the existing house flawlessly. It was a challenge that Mat looked forward to taking on.
Mat was a pleasure to work with. He communicated with us on a daily basis, letting us know the progress of the project. His sub contractors were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. He managed to complete the job efficiently, even during the times Covid threw obstacles (inventory, manpower) in his way. In the end, Mat still managed to stay on budget.
We are looking forward to years of enjoyment in the Sunroom.

Mat did all of the carpentry and finishing work on the development of my basement, while also helping manage the trades and other sub-contractors on the project. He excelled in both roles. He has high-end building and finishing skills, and is a great communicator who shows up when he says he will and makes sure the agreed-to work gets done, on time and to budget. On top of that he is a friendly, likeable guy. I have no hesitation recommending Mat for any home renovation project.

I just wanted to say thanks again for very fast and professional completion of my fence last week. As a homeowner whom fielded lots of other estimates from other contractors I am very happy I chose your company. As the fence had to be constructed according to architectural neighbourhood guidelines and along with consideration to 2 other neighbours budgets, etc. it was important I choose wisely. I knew with your excellent fast communication, site visit and request for locate documents and other associated measurements you were not going to take the job for granted. Your teams ability to come in, measure, drill, construct and tidy up after within 2 days, not only surprised myself and neighbours, but reassured myself in contractors, that professionalism and pride in work still exits.
